After earning his Honours degree in Civil & Infrastructure Engineering from RMIT University, Huy spent several years working as a drafting contractor for various engineering firms both in house and remotely. These experience helped him develop not only strong technical skills, but also a disciplined, systematic approach to drafting that consistently meets high standards under tight deadlines.

In 2024, Huy began freelancing full time, which sparked the drive to scale his methods and experience into something larger. That vision led to the founding of HLDS Co., Ltd in early 2025 - a drafting service built on responsiveness, reliability, and refinement. Under his leadership, HLDS Co., Ltd continues to focus on clarity, coordination, and practical support for engineering teams across every project stage.

As both an individual and a company, Huy is committed to delivering the best possible support to every client helping them achieve their broader project goals with confidence and efficiency.

After graduating in 2023 with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil & Industrial Construction) from Mien Tay Construction University, I began building my professional foundation within the Building Information Modeling (BIM) field, specializing in structural modeling and documentation.

In 2026, I continued to further strengthen my technical expertise by pursuing a Master Degree in Engineering (Civil) at the University of Technology – Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, while working professionally. With over three years of hands-on experience, I have developed strong capabilities in structural BIM implementation and have since expanded my skill set into hydraulic and drainage systems, allowing me to contribute to multidisciplinary project coordination.

After working for an Australian-based company for two years, I began my career at HLDS as a Draftsperson at the end of 2024. Through dedication and consistent performance, I was promoted to Drafting Team Leader toward the end of 2025. Recognising a strong alignment between my personal goals and the company’s vision, I am committed not only to delivering and maintaining high-quality drawings, but also to consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations.

My guiding motto has always been: “Great pressure forges great results.”
